Seeking the best way to provide solutions to our customers in the mining, engineering , sugar and Pulp industry throughout South Africa we had to start by adding value to assets and this could only happen if we used top quality products that prolongs the life of equipment. As time progressed we managed to start by repairing pumps by means of coatings that also prolongs the life of the pumps. We have reconditioned and repaired various pumps using our technology to build up, repair and apply wear resistant coatings on high wear areas and so also improving the efficiency of the pump.
Dotlinings was born from a passion to apply knowledge and products together to increase the life of our customers equipment. Knowing that our range of wear resistant products and liners are some of the best on the market we also aim to provide the best solutions and back up service to our customers. By increasing the life of the equipment we manage to sustain cost of ownership, and we will increase production, flow and effectiveness of the plant/ equipment.
With Offices in Richards bay, Cape town and Mozambique and our Workshop in Alberton JHB, we aim to cover most of South Africa and Africa. Our combined knowledge off the wear industry together with mining and Engineering stretches over 30 years. With full backing and backup from our various suppliers we can assist in most of the troublesome areas of these sectors. Part of our services includes draughting of drawings and 3D designs and Scan to ensure we get it right the first time, every time.
